Just noticed a tree next to the gauge at the cap hatchery weir.  It wasn't there yesterday.

I suspect that either the tree or the camera moved.  Someone should go investigate.  This could have catastrophic consiquenses ;DLOL

What the heck is THAT cam all about! Looks like a steelhead fry frozen in a block of ice!
