Wow, look at that flat line.  Depressing.  :-[ Let's hope that improved river and ocean conditions can help reverse this trend in the coming years.  The Columbia river spring and summer fish are coming in smaller numbers this year as well, but nothing this bad.  I really hope the test fishery numbers are way off because of higher than normal spring flows.
