Hey everyone, decided to get out and do some fishing today, usually i go to squamish valley for bulls but i thought why not try the vedder as it is closer. I found a nice pool, and was fishing a 1/2 oz and 3/8 oz barbless spoons spincasting. This may be a dumb question as i have been fishing for quiet some time...but i kept getting hits, and what i thought were nibbles, then i definetely had a bigger fish on, my guess and from what a fellow fisherman said, an old chum maybe, i didnt think steely as it didnt have much fight at all in it. But what do you think was nibbling and giving consistant strikes?? usually i find bulls just take the hook whern i fish in squamish....thanks for your time..

Maybe white fish. :-\ There is a small run of chum at this time of year. As I have mentioned before I caught 2 so silver I thought they were steelhead at first, in January.

^ x2 on the old boots
I've not caught, or even had a nibble from any, but with the clear water lately, I have seen quite a few of 'em in the past few days ... mostly in the upper river though.
