Sorry for the late notice. I just learned of this today and just got home from a long day on the river.
Fraser Valley Watersheds Coalition is planting 3,300 plants tomorrow along the newly created side channel habitat between Bergman and Browne Roads.
With 3,300 plants, they could use some help! :) Volunteers are welcome, and needed!

I walked by there today and took a look. The new channel is really well done. The plants were all placed and ready to be planted. :)

You were there quite a bit after me. I was there around 8 and met a young woman in waders with a plant in her open hatchback. "Are you going to plant that so I can catch more fish?" I asked. :)
She said yes, and we had a little chat about it. She mentioned the need for volunteers and I said I know just the place to find some!

This place? Nobody volunteers here anymore... ;)
Just posted it up on our Facebook page to get the words out.
