Title: A few Nets in Lower Fraser - June 26
Post by: gman on June 26, 2004, 12:21:12 PM
Went for a jog along south arm of the Fraser in Richmond and noticed several fishing boats out. Not enough for a full commercial opening, so I assumed its an aboriginal fishery for Chinook???

A big container ship came along and was leaning on the horn and ended up coming quite closer to shore near the #3 raod pier to avoid one boat and net near the middle of the river.
