I was just wondering cause i caught a 22 inch 3 and a half pound dolly last week spinning from shore ,and a buddy of mine told me you can't keep them ,,but i'm pretty sure you can but only in lakes, not in steems or slough's.

I am confused. I am not saying to go out and bonk them but isn't it 4 trout or char from lakes but not more than one over 50cm?

Nope, your daily quota for trout/char in Region 2 is 4 fish and there are no general minimum size limit for trout in lakes.
