Title: Question about FishCats
Post by: BCfisherman97 on May 14, 2014, 07:18:31 PM
Currently I'm sitting at 205 (plus the gear I would be carrying) but still have to grow so my question is whether or not I should get a FishCat 4 (250 pound capacity) or get a different model that can hold more weight just to be safe?

Do not get the one with the hard foam seat ! you will regret it.

I weigh about 210 and used a fish cat 4 with the foam seat. I never had any problems, it was a great tube. However if you are still growing it might be good to get something a little bigger.

i have the fishcat 4  and absolutely love it. the foam seats do add more luggage but keep me out of the water and the tube is easy to clean and durable. I would possibly spend a little more and get the Fatcat which can hold 300lbs.
