Title: Chapman creek fishing regulations.
Post by: aaron600 on September 16, 2013, 01:27:55 PM
A fishing buddy of mine who lives on Sunshine Coast is telling me I am not aloud to keep wild coho at Chapman creek. Am I reading the dfo website incorrectly? Looks like I can keep 2 over 35cm. http://www.pac.dfo-mpo.gc.ca/fm-gp/rec/fresh-douce/region2-eng.html

Coho fishing is hot at Chapman Creek right now, and fishermen need to be clearly advised that wild cohos cannot be kept.

Maybe you should learn how to read the regulations correctly.

Oops, sorry, two cohos may be kept if they're wild and they're over 35 cm.
