Title: Lamiglas centerpin rod
Post by: dave c on December 08, 2012, 12:36:57 PM
Hi Guys:  Looking for a little advice.  I have the opportunity to purchase a Lamiglas Skeet Reese CP rod in the 11 - 14 ft. range.  It is custom made by a local guy.  Wondering if anyone has experience using fiberglass rods pinning and what are the pros and cons versus graphite.  thanks

Fished both.I'm old school.I prefer the fiberglass rods, heavier, but less maintenance,as you don't have to worry about scrapes, putting them down on rocks, don't have to put it between my teeth when releasing fish.........as I'm getting old,not many teeth left.If you don't buy it,let me know who is selling it as I might be interested
