Title: Chilliwack River, September 11th 2012
Post by: mikeyman on September 11, 2012, 11:15:28 AM: slow again today, first light, didn't get the bites till just before the sun hitting water, maybe 30 min window, hit 4 landed 1, conversion rate not so good to start. Fishing is going to be slow for awhile if we get all the sunny days in this weeks forecast. If water stays low there will be lots of fish stacked at mouth in no time, eventually they will have to push.

"Salmon" is even more generic than "genus". If your talking about pacific salmon, and rainbow / cutthroat trout, then the genus is "Oncorhynchus". Atlantic salmon is within the genus "Salmo". ;)
