Title: Capilano River Mouth, September 8th 2012
Post by: paddy on September 08, 2012, 10:45:30 AM
about 75 boats out this morning and a dozen people fishing from Ambleside.  We arrived late (slept in), and didn't see anyone catching anything.  Supposed to rain tomorrow so might be good.

We were one of those 75. On the water at first light until 11:30 not a sniff. Saw a few boats pick the odd one up. Mostly springs I'd say. Of those mostly the charter guys. Nice day on the water, very little wind. Maybe next time.

A good day down there is two or three people catch a fish. Personally I wouldn't waste my time!

Hard to watch. Sickening. And only two days ago. Conservation just met the devil.
