Title: Lower Mainland, August 17th 2012: Coho off the beach

hooked a nice  Coho off one of our beaches yesterday

There are not that many around but if you see a school and can cast at them then you have a chance
hooked it on a pink\white buzz bomb

Nice work!  I was hearing rumblings that it might be a slow year for Coho - your catch is hopefully a positive sign of things to come.  Thanks for the report!

Where'd you hear that?
On the island they are expecting a banner year with coho already being caught off Nile Creek

Yes, I've got alot this year so I think the coming months will be great.
