they are awesome i have fished owners gamakatsu dne mustad and nothing compares to these hooks haven't straightend one out yet and the stay sharp forever i end up losing the hooks before they dull

Don't have a pic but they are similar to owner But they don't straighten

last year was staightening 1/0 on spings in the vedder im afraid to use a bigger hook because I dont want to hurt the fish

Hooking is hooking... bigger hooks won't hurt the fish, smaller ones will because they are easier to swallow and get caught up in the gill web etc...

Straightening odd twos, eh? Fishing for springs on Vedd is not towing cars ;D. What about drag setting?

Enough to stop them just to get them turned but I was using gammys and the we just bending even dne were doing better than gammys but they aren't very sharp

There are an excellent hook, and the only hook so far out there to not have bent out on a sturgeon.
I havent touched gamis for my salmon fishing since i tried them.
