I was tempted to put this in the outdoor photography, but other than me taking the picture of the canvas, it did not really go there. I just finished this as a commission for a colleague at work who wanted something with a west coast flavour. It is the Royal Hudson on the Squamish run along the Sea to Sky.

Nice, I like the colours you used.
Now if you can paint one of Christy Clark going to jail for her involvement in the BC rail deal, I'd buy a copy.

Very nice Sandman.....have you used oils, acrylics, pastels in this fine painting?, and is this from your photograph originally? :)

It is an acrylic on canvas and was inspired from a photo in an old magazine the client gave me.

Very nice Sandman. Plenty of detail, great perspective and awesome colours. My wife paints so I know the words but seriously, good stuff! That background is perfect, you nailed Howe Sound :)
