Title: charter questions

With he freshet inbound and high water levels now my fave lower Fraser spots and faster moving tributaries are about to get really muddy ....

With all my years of fishing I have never tried ocean fishing (my "Boat" is more for Rolley lake not moving water ;) and while in the past Ive said its not really my thing, Ive been thinking of trying it out more and more.

Only issue is my friends arnt the type to shell out a few clams for fishing, does anyone reccomend a more "value" oriented charter or even know anyone that is looking for someone to join in on theirs to keep the cost down?
