forgot to mention, I've tried the cxx extra strong line and didn't like it as much as the cx premium fluoro coated line on my centerpin and levelwind. I suggest trying the premium first.

One thing to keep in mind when using CXX X-tra strong mono is that it is thinker and stronger than most monos so might need to downsize to get appropriate line diameter.
CXX 10lb has diameter of 0.35mm vs. Ultragreen dia of 0.30mm, whereas 12lb has dia of 0.37mm vs Ultragreen dia of 0.33mm.
And Ultragreen is also no thin line either.
I have used 10lbs on my spinning reels this past season and I would guess that their true breaking strengh was well in excess of 15lbs.
For float fishing I used 12lbs as mainline and used 12lb ultragreen as leader with no problem.

as big blue stated very tough line. I wouldn't recommend fishing 15 maxima ultra green with 12lb p line  or you will lose floats. I use 12 to 20 for mainline and prefer it to maxima ultra green. on the way store sells it as well as army and navy.

Trying the p line this past week. Gotta say it's nice line . Tough and low memory. I have played 5 fish on it and haven't broken off yet.
