I'm looking for a suggestion on where to fish Sunday.. Maybe you all can help; some guidelines..
- has to have boat launch (jetboat so obviously power boats allowed)
- prefer to get out of the boat and fly fish, but a little float fishing wouldn't hurt either
- prefer a river that actually has fish in the system :)
- be nice to catch a coho but fighting a bunch of chum sounds fun too
- no gong shows
Last couple of weekends we've been to the upper Pitt (not a bite and only saw a handful of fish), Harrison river (thousands of fish dead and alive but they didn't seem too hungry). How about the stave? I have never been but have heard its a busy place.
Any suggestions?

Wow... for a guy with a jet boat the exploration part seems a little lacking... my suggestion would be hit the Skeena system for a little late steel... bit of a drive though

lol pick me up

I'd try the Harrison again.

Was kind of looking just to try somewhere different, but I think I might.. Great spots there and the most beautiful water around IMO..
-
I guess I'm asking of there are some fly rivers that I might now be considering??

North side rivers are your best bet this time of year. Harrison or Stave IMO

From my experiences fishing from a boat you should be fine at stave. It does get busy on Sunday's but nothing too bad. Also there are a ton of spots you can try fly fishing on the stave, especially when you have a jet boat.
Cheers

By far the best bet would be the Skeena.
