Title: Capilano River - tidal portion

Wherebouts is the tidal portion vs non-tidal?  I read up that it's the BCR Bridge?  Where is that?  Is that the railway bridge near the mouth of the river?  Sorry for the 'noob-ness'.

yeah its the bridge that can be seen from ambleside near the dog park...the train bridge there
