Title: Pre Gutted weight

HEy guys
Just curious if anyone knew what percentage of weight is lost when you gut and bleed a fish
Picked up a spring yesterday in the low twenties after being cleaned and gutted w gills removed

depends on the gender and the state of the fish...was it full of roe? average loss of discarded innards (gills, guts, and etc.) about 9-12% with head about 12-17%
