Title: Is it illegal to fish at night?

Hi

I'm just wondering if it's legal or illegal to fish at night or past dark on the tidal portion of the Fraser? With the daylight getting shorter, and a hectic work schedule,  it seems harder to get out and fish a decent time and tide.

yes its ok in the tidal part of the fraser.with clear skies and good moon might be productive.
