Title: Where can i send my loop rod for warranty?

tried to hold of ontario distributor but nothing from them so far...

heard that they r no longer dealing loop warranty...etc..

Any idea?

 I am dealing with loop warranty right now on a reel and rod. Bruno Isabelle is the guy I have been dealing with and he has been very helpful and quick to respond to my emails. Here is his email address

hope your experiance is better than mine, my rods been gone for a year and a half, with no word on the rod.
