Im going to be up in this area of anmore for 2 weeks painting a house is there anything in this lake worth throwing a line in primarily from shore ?

you can get trout up to 10 pounds in that lake (but those big ones are very RARE.) average trout is about 10-12'' for rainbows and 14'' for cut throats. plus there are white fish and kokanee galore right now. (kokanees you really need to be trolling for). But if you are in the area, might as well try.

Definatly, on any given day the fishing can be very good, as it is stocked regularly with catchable rainbows. Try early or evenings for best chances.
And yes there are a few lunkers in there.
