Title: Vedder Fishing Report for August 1st and 3rd
Post by: CohoMan on August 05, 2008, 10:49:26 PM
Khin and I went out on August 1st to try our luck again. This time we went with CanoeMan and his dad.
We were able to hook into a few and Canoeman managed to connect with a sockeye. I think his dad hooked two decent size trout too.

Normally, we fish the bottom end but this year seems to be a bit off for the bottom end. Cannot seem to get anything to bite down there.

On August 3rd, we tried a pool slightly above Allison. I did not touch anything but Khin was able to connect with one fish.

It was a nice day out as we saw hundreds of people camping everywhere.. I mean EVERYWHERE. Right next to rock beaches, next to the road and camp sites.

good to know u guys were into some action on your outing. Look at the bent rod, to me that's the sexiest pose a fisherman could get.  ;D

good time for some folks to go out and check on some of these camps to make sure they don't leave the place trashed like their predecessors.
