I think the title says it all. Any pictures of fish caught in 2008 can be posted here for the rest to see. I'll start it off with my couple of steelies I've got to hand this year.

Wow, never noticed it before but we have pretty much the same outerwear. I even usually wear a grey hoodie under my coat too  :o

LOL, T-shirt, Pioneer fleece, Shimano Fleece, Pacific Angler Hoodie, Bare Kodiak Jacket, and Pioneer Vest (that needs to be replaced). I get cold pretty easy which is the reason for all the layers.

I took this one today. I didn't catch it. ;D A male sea trout (notice the hooked lower jaw) that is beginning to enter his ocean adult phase once again.

Only was home for a little while but was lucky enough to hit a wave and land 12 fish in 4 trips with as many lost. Didnt get pics of all but got some

You make a good point, but I took the pictures that way for a reason. Behind me and fish is some beautiful scenery that I can keep for myself and for memories when I'm older, and not some shot of me missing my head, a couple rocks, and a bit of water. Mind you, I could have done what you said, but you just dont think of those things sometimes when your fishing.

Last summer 16 miles off Esperenza. Large pink zinger jigged. Broke my steelhead rod but still landed it.

I was shaking sooo bad, as bad as my first steelhead. Like I said that one broke my rod so what do I do? Rerig without half my rod, drop it over the other side ... Bam! Another one! Ended up with a 15 lb and 20 lb.

Arrived on the river around 11:30 this morning.  Started with the spey rod and landed a nice chunky doe.

Nothing else on the fly, so went to the gear rod and cleaned up 3 fish that had ignored my fly including this big buck.

Moved onto another spot, started with the fly again and on the second cast was rewarded with another scrappy doe.  Tragedy struck while landing this one though and the tip of my spey rod broke, hence the rod tip on top of the fly.

how wide do u think that track is, pops always has told me, if ur looking at a bear track and want 2 know the length of the bear, take the width of the track and add 2, then u have length in feet.

if you are wondering why some of the coho are not clipped its because they are from a river on the island that allows you to keep wild or hatchery 2 per day.
