That is a tube from the truck that stocks the lake.  But good try anyways. They just happen to catch the right picture.

That's a water intake pipe that feeds water from the river to the rearing ponds of the trout farm. Land-based trout farms are quite common in Europe. A wired filter or raising of the pipe would solve this problem immediately.
