what work sfor them. I have some colorado blades would they work ???

They most certainly work under a float.

what about crocs?? do they work under floats...lol..i know stupid question but still...

Spinner blades can be fished under a float. Best result seems to be by casting the rig upstream from you and retrieve the slack as the float drifts down toward you. This allows the blade flutter down the river. Weighted spinners work great in slow/slough type of water. Spoons are best fished without other additional terminal tackle on the main line. Simply cast it out and retrieve slowly as it drifts downstream.
