what happened to the 19+ million pinks this year everyone that i talked to said the same thing [tidal portion of the fraser]?

What happened was Global Warming and decreased ocean survival rates. Enjoy fishing while you can! It will never get better than this again

I think you forgot to mention sea lice from fish farms and the over fishing by the netters that has been happening over the last few years.
