Title: When is the best time to fish?

High tide is at 10:17 today so when the tide is in and because it is raining now all the fish will be moving up capilano and seymour river.
is it worth going there in the rain or would you wait until the rain stopped and fish all the pools on a nice day?

nope..they aint going anywhere....you gotta wait till there's one of those BIG rain storms in oct to rise the river level.
