I usually stop around Gold Pan Provincial Park to stretch the legs and try some casts. Was there on Sunday lots of fish, no takers while we were there 1 hour. Mouth of the Nicola other side roads that head down to the river past Spences Bridge, Ashcroft  etc.

Be ready to go deep in some lakes around 100 mile as the fishing was excellent down deeper. Some lakes didnt matter. Caught a 6 lbr plus in about 20 feet of water on one lake. ;D
