What's the best resource to see the differences between the different types of salmon in terms of appearance? I'm just starting up salmon fishing and want to be sure that I'm retaining the correct species and not breaking any laws.
I've already looked through some pictures online (mostly wikipedia), but it's hard for me to tell the obvious differences between the species. Any pointers on what's the most obvious things to look for?
