ahhhh yes...that ol' line....tis similar to this one.....seems a young boy was bein' abused by his parents...when asked by the judge who he would like to live with...he calmly replied "the Canuks"...when asked by the judge why them...the young man smiled and said..."the Canuks never beat anyone"...... :D :D :D

They beat the Laughs. ;)
Badly and 2 years in a row!! ;D

And they beat them in the playoffs several years back. Of course Mojoman and the rest of the Laugh fans will conveniently forget that ever happened. ;D

Toronto and Vancouver are good sports. They let other teams have the cup without blubbering all over the ice. I heard the game was fixed anyway, to let more people buy tickets in the States. So if that wasn't happening these two teams would always be in the playoffs ;) SO far this year comparing my steelhead success to be on a team ....I'm on the Canucks.
-
the Canuks have an opportunity this year for sure....but I believe their lack of finishing will kill them...hope I'm wrong...the Leafs are in a dogfight with 7 other teams for the last 2 playoff spots...so our success will depend on not only on our own fortune...but other teams' success or failure as well...at least JFJ didn't get suckered into another draft pick for a rental a la Quinn years...we'll be a stronger team next season.....;)))
