Title: NFR: Need to buy a new bed....suggestions
Post by: weizen on February 28, 2007, 07:53:01 PM
Ok, So i'm giving in to the wifes wishes and getting a new King size bed.

A few general questions about the business and getting a possible deal.

What is the markup like in the matteress world?  Any good suggestions on places that will actually negotiate with me on the price?

Any forum members here have a good/bad experience with a particular vendor/brand?

Any help or suggestions is appreciated.

Thanks!

Cool, they have a Langley showroom, I'll be sure to check them out on the weekend.

Thanks!

I would stay away form the " small rectangular piece of concrete store" we spent about $1600 on anew matress a year ago and it sucks now, so no big deal we go back and tell them we have warranty, they send a guy out and he says "nope it's fine" now I'm in discussions with the store as to how they can make this right. This is not a fun ordeal >:(

" small rectangular piece of concrete store"

Is that code for a specific store?  Mabey i'm slow, but if you could let me know that would be great.  If you don't want to post, email me at

Sorry some forums don't like the use of company names in a negitive way....(the brick)
