Done with the chores, so I will have a few hours (3-4) today (Saturday) and tomorrow to get some fishing in. I live downtown and I don't want to go far. What are my options? I've been to the Capilano river in Ambleside once, and to Garry Point once. Where else can I try? How's the No.2 Rd pier? Anything else? Thanks for any help or advice!

every thing else is a long ways away!

Ok, so if it were up to you :), Garry Point or No.2 Rd pier?

The confluence of the cheakamus and the squamish. ;)

the squamish would be ok, atleast its not as big of a gongshow as the vedder, so ya go there!

Can someone please provide directions? I found the squamish river on the map but can't find the cheakamus. Also, it seems to me this would be freshwater fishing. I should've specified that I was looking for saltwater/tidal fishing (that's the license that I got). Thanks!
