Hi there! I'm just wondering, when people here mention the "tidal fraser", what do they mean? Does the Garry Point park in Richmond qualify? How is the fishing there? Thanks for all the help!

Tidal portion of the Fraser is from the Mission Bridge down to the mouth. Yes, it includes Garry Point.
