Title: procured eggs for salmon fishing on Vedder?
Post by: fisherwithrod on October 05, 2006, 04:48:10 PM
Hello all,

We plan to go tomorrow (Fri Oct 6) to the Vedder River for some salmon fishing. Does anyone know if we are allowed to use the procured eggs as bait?

Thanks,

guy

Thanks, birdman. Yes, of course, single barbless is the law there.

i find egg sacks work better with big eggs, because the fish goes for a single egg in the pack, and gets its teeth caught up in the mesh, and gives u the extra second for the hook set!
