Saw it on an Ebay auction - from the USA.
Wild.

When you cast the Bobber, it lays flat on top of the water.
A steel ball moves away from the magnetic in the bottom of the bobber. This unlocks the line and allows your baits and sinker to drop to the bottom.
When the sinker HITS THE BOTTOM the line stops moving.
The bobber chamber fills with water and tilts upward, rolling the steel ball down onto the magnet in the bottom of the Bobber. This automatically locks your line tight inside the bobber.
Once the bobber tilts fully upward, the line tightens up and lifts the baits between the sinker and the bottom STRAIGHT UP! The sinker anchors the rig to the bottom! The Bobber, however, does not lift the sinker off the bottom. This way you have your baits the SAME DISTANCE FROM THE BOTTOM EVERY TIME YOU CAST, NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE FISHING or what your depth is. Your baits will always be at the same distance from the bottom.
