Title: Mostly NFR - Pictures from Yellowknife
Post by: DragonSpeed on September 26, 2006, 11:28:56 AM
I got back from 5 days in Yellowknife on Sunday.  Weather was great 5C-13C.  Unfortunately, no northern lights for me, but I did get a day in fishing, and plenty of sightseeing.  Beautiful place, and great people.

Here are some pics:

Cheers!

I'm glad I got the trip in when I did.  If it had been much later, all the trees would have been barren apparently. :(

Thankfully - yes.  Food is outrageously expensive up there.  And beer is $6.50/bottle!!!  :o

they should set up bleachers and sell tickets for that show.
