I got back from 5 days in Yellowknife on Sunday. Weather was great 5C-13C. Unfortunately, no northern lights for me, but I did get a day in fishing, and plenty of sightseeing. Beautiful place, and great people.

I'm glad I got the trip in when I did. If it had been much later, all the trees would have been barren apparently. :(

Thankfully - yes. Food is outrageously expensive up there. And beer is $6.50/bottle!!! :o

yeah , I heared subway up there was like 15$ a sandwich

great photos brings back memories down in the old town ( float/ski base )
6.50 a bottle :'( last ime I was up there it was 4.75 in Yellownife and 5.25 in N/wells ,far cheaper to buy by the keg .
did you check out the strange range ? :o

Yup. What a cross-section of humanity. What can I say. The place is a HOLE, but it was fun! ;D

they should set up bleachers and sell tickets for that show.
