Title: close call on the canal

wondering if anybody else witnessed the commotion on the canal this morning? we heard alot of yelling and  turned our heads to the crowd down river there was alot of running and shouting so at first we figured someone had a big fish, but shortly after the rcmp and ambulance show up. apparently someone lost their footing and slipped into the water, we were told that the person was unconscious and had to be dragged out of the river by the fellow fisherman, when the man came too he didn't even know what had happened to himself ???

saw all that as well, when i was on KWB watching the fish.
