Took in the BCHL game tonight here in the Wack and the Express pounded the Chiefs 6-3 and took the series 4 games to 1. The Roeman had an excellent game on defense and I slipped over and had a chat with him after the game as he came of the ice. Of course he recognized the Leaf Hat. ;D ;D They will take on either Alberni or Victoria in the next series. As I hope to be on the Island maybe will take in one of the games and cheer the roeman on..
This was the last game for the Chiefs in Chilliwack as they move to some where else next season. They were going to Abbotsford but it was announced today they will now not be playing there next season.
Seems to be a bad decision by Abbotsford Council not to welcome them as they would draw loyal Chief fans from here as well as only 20 miles away. On the other hand they donot have a good arena to play in there, too small.

O too bad. I may see a game on the Island as I plan a trip to Duncan next week. Are you going over to a game?

It was nice to finally meet you Chris. The hat was a dead give away. Thanks for saying hi. We will now be playing Victoria in the third round which starts friday. I think we will be playing in vic on tuesday and wednesday. Cheers.

I had hoped there would be some games in Victoria when I was on the Island this week and I would have taken at least one in. But I see they are not to the following week there. All the best in the series for you and the team. You played very well in the game here in Chilliwack on Friday.
Maybe I will slip down for a game in Burnaby and get some ghost shrimp at the same time.

Express wipe out the victoria salsa 4-1. Now there play penticton for the BCHL final.

Express win. They won the BCHL. Beat penticton 4-2...now they go to fort mc murray for they doyle cup.

Yes, there will be games here. We fly there thursday morning and play friday, saturday. We will be playing here next week sometime depending on how the first two games go. It should be a great series.

Express have won the DOYLE CUP. now they play in ontario for the royal bank cup.

Express are going to be in the RBC semi finals, if they win you can watch the game on tsn, i think 10:000 sunday morning.

They have had a very good season and we hope they cap it off with a win Sunday and take it all. ;D ;D

I see they made the finals, well done Roe Man. It will be on TV not sure of the time.
