Interesting that in this video to compare a piece of farmed fish with wild they take a piece of tail from a wild salmon which is the leanest piece of any salmon. And for the farmed fish they have a peice of salmon belly.  Bellies on most species of fish will have the highest fat content.  You could put many other species of wild fish in the farm fishes position and get the similar result such as black cod and tuna.
I get it though,  the film is not about a fair scientific comparison it is about misleading those that may not be as familiar with this topic.  I agree that farm salmon do have a higher fat I just feel that this video is another fine example of how Morton is willing to mislead people.  Had the video been a piece of tail compared to a piece of tail the results would have been similar.
