Not a big fan of this passage:
"It is somewhat early to say that only three Atlantic salmon farms were diagnosed as positive for the IHN virus this year, but the government-ordered destruction of approximately CAD$ 10 million worth of fish that weren’t even dying from the disease made everybody take a fresh look at their biosecurity measures, as Dr. Diane Morrison, Fish Health and Food Safety Director for Marine Harvest Canada recently explained from her company’s proactive view of things;"

Fish that weren't even dying? That's not the point. They had IHN. They can pass along. The responsible thing to do is to destroy. Just leave it at that.  Don't try to spin it FishFarmExpert.
