Title: no duty on Labour day ?

i read on  labour day no duty will be collected at the border . this one day protest is on Sept.6 labour day . are there any restrictions or can we buy anything as long as we declare the items we buy. ;D ;D ;D ;D

im savin my money now for a shopping spree at the local tackle store down in the usa wow no duty :o ;D ;D ;D
