Test Fishery On Now
« on: July 29, 2004, 08:26:22 AM »

Just talked to Frank who is on one of the 24 boats testing net sizes  for chinooks on the Fraser today. As they just started the fishery now I will give a report later on how it went.

Also the seine fishery out off the mouth of the Fraser apparently was not that good yesterday, will report more on that if i can get the info.

Thanks Chris!   Keep up the good work.  Haven't heard anything more on a protest.  Anything happening?

It will happen but not for a few weeks yet. Second stage of planning starts this week as enough support was given at the first planning meeting last week. If we get all the support we think we will and should get it will be a BIGGY.

Stay tunned and talk it up with your associates to help gather the troops so to speak for when the day comes.

Going to pick some blackberries now and enjoy the beautiful day in the Valley. ;D
