I haven't tried it with procure prawns yet.
What I would do is put them in pro cure for a day, wash em off and throw em in the sugar for a day.
I did it with natural prawns and it worked nicely.
I normally use double red hot stuff from pro cure when I dye my prawns.

No i didnt mean procure prawns i meant if i should put the natural prawn in the procure, and then sugar. So i was right, procure and then sugar. Thanks.

iv tried using things like sugar and some other flavors but have found procure (whatever the color) with a little salt to toughen them up works just as good plus sugar gets really sticky and you have to wash your hands and reel off lots.
