Ralph caught a fish he could take home! Only one this season from where I mostly fish and there are not a lot of hatchery fish.

Hmmn.
Another thought to this story.
Final line at the end:

"So, the morale of the story is do not bring a trout net to land a big salmon, thus my reason for only one fish so far to date".

Ha Ha! Without that net and it's loooong handle I would not have landed that fish! As it was I had to lie on my belly to slip the fish in and she fit perfectly. As experienced girls  can tell you, it's not just the length of the handle it's also the size of the bag that matters.
