:-[Summer is officially over on Monday as I go back to work!    I know that  ???then the weather will get nice again and fishing will pick up! Sad.  When is summer over for the rest of you!  When hockey starts, or the sockeye fishing is done??? :o :(

What? What's going on? September to November is summer for me! ;D

The last week or so I've just been getting the roe ready, tying roe bags, making up all the spoons and spinners I need for coho and chum (and who wants to buy lures again? :-* ) and rearranging my work schedule so I will be able to be at the river at first light. ;D

A couple more weeks... So excited.... ;D

Coho starts right now! 8) Tidal Fraser is opened for hatchery coho retention by the way, 2 per day. :) Yesterday missed two fish that bent the rod down to the holder while I turned away. :(

I sell spoons of various sizes and colours... (1/8oz, 1/5oz, 3/8oz, 1/2oz, silver, pink, orange, red, yellow, copper, blue, green, purple, fluro pink, fluro chartreuse.... the list goes on).

Inline spinners, various sizes again, either nickel or copper.

I'm posting a buy and sell ad soon. :)

As soon as I got home from up North...summer is over, and the "river season" begins until about december. But also, summer is well and truely over when school starts and fun stops...

lol fish_4_life...

There isn't a best bar for this. Anywhere will get you a fish in tidal Fraser, all depends if the fish are moving through or not. I usually just stick around Richmond since I live here. If you can find spots that are sheltered with slower current, your chance is very good.

There was a bout a dozen guys on the Brownsville bar underneath the patullo bridge the other day.  It's a pretty rough neighbouhood though.

Rummy central.

One of the better lower Fraser bars for fishing. Unfortunately it's often very crowded.
