My new motto

 intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well
preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways -
Chardonnay in one hand - chocolate in the other -
body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming
"WOO HOO, What a Ride !"

Tired of this messed up gut, i'm sure it was caused by doing too many sit-ups..can't run too far anymore as my shin splints stop me around 3 miles...SO i think this might just be the way to go..

Sure hope not....Just been a bad month of finding out I'm mortal..Can handle broken bones, knee surgeries and torn this or that...It's the internal stuff, hiatal hernia's and other weird gruesome things that make long car rides and night times hell..

All I can say for sure is appreciate what you take for granted and  doctors with small fingers ;)
