Harrison/mouth of Sumas October 11
« on: October 11, 2005, 11:12:17 PM »

Well we got a really later start today didn't get on the ater till past 2:00 pm. We played around below Morris creek on the Harrison for awhile only caught a couple pinks. Didn't see any coho being caught either. Then it was off to the mouth of the Sumas for the evening bite. Not to may boats around seen a couple guy that walked the tracks all the way down they where there for quite awhile and didn't catch a cold. All few boats that did go by where going home skunked. It was high slack and not fish for us as well. Going to have to try later this week on the vedder with out the boat or eles just go hunt dino's until there are better numbers of ho's

Coho fishing is not any better on the vedder trust me i've only landed 2 coho this year , even though they were big one was 12lbs and the other was 8 or 9lbs. The 12lber was a hatchery, but the 8 or 9 lber was wild, errrrrr.

The Vedder River is on fire for coho. All you need to know is where to fish. I have already landed 13 coho on that system this year.  P.S. your not going to find them by lurking the site. lower river ;)
