Forget Active Pass!
What fish that are around are feeding actively @ Porlier and have been for a few months now.

the past few days have seen a better bite coming on at active and it is true, poiler /thrasher has been the "hot spot" for a while now.
fish-a-holic, your best bet for finding a good anchovie rig is to hit up a tackle shop that caters to the salt water fishing. I'm not sure exactly which shops in your area will but there is berry's in richmond, Nikka in steveston and i'm sure the guys at high water in N.Van or various other shops will have some one who can show you a tandem hook anchovie rig.
for the west coast we use a 1/0 barbless treble lead hook and a 5/0 gamikatsu single barbless trailer hook for anchovie rigs in a anchovie teaser or a krippled teaser head. smaller hook sizes may be in order for local waters.
