anyone know if you can fish on barnston island?? I hear you are able to do it at both ends but I have no clue what setup to use. anyone fished there before?

Fish for what?
First off remember it's part Native Reserve-they're quite friendly people but probably don't want trespassers tramping around their property.
Second there are no sandbanks to fish from except in the lowest of water-go and cycle around the island you'll see the banks are quite high in most places-makes it tough to get a line in the water.
